Get Docs Notarized LLC provides mobile and remote notary services, including general notarizations, loan signings, and document witnessing. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice, document drafting, or interpretation.
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (unexpired) at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Mobile appointments include a travel fee based on distance and time. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun. Please confirm all appointment details in advance.
RON services require a reliable internet connection, webcam, and the ability to verify your identity through secure software. Identity verification must be completed before the appointment.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a partial or full service charge, especially if travel was involved.
All documents must be complete, readable, and ready for notarization. I do not notarize documents that are blank, incomplete, backdated, or raise suspicion of fraud.
Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods: cash, card, Zelle, or electronic invoice.
I reserve the right to decline service if:
The signer cannot or will not provide valid ID
Coercion or unwillingness is suspected
The document is incomplete, backdated, or unlawful
Any situation violates Texas notarial law
